We advertise 24/7 emergency availability and aim to respond as quickly as possible to every call. Actual response times can vary based on weather, call volume (particularly during widespread storm events), technician availability, and your location.
Where requested, we document damage (photos, moisture readings, scope notes) to support your insurance claim. We are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or law firm, do not adjust or negotiate claims on your behalf, and do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid at any particular amount. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party site or service, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, FL.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
