This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit restorationfirstservices.com (the "Site") or contact us by phone, text, or form, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

Information you give us directly

• Contact details you submit through a lead or quote form, live chat, or phone call — such as your name, phone number, email address, and property address.
• Details about your damage or restoration need, including photos or descriptions you choose to share.
• Insurance information you provide if you ask us to help document a claim, such as your insurance carrier and claim number.
• Any other information you choose to include in a message to us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, used to show you relevant service-area content.

Information from calls and text messages

• If you call our office, your call may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, as described in Section 3.
• If you text us or opt in to SMS updates, we receive your phone number and the content of those messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Phone Calls, Call Recording & Text Messages

Call recording. Some calls to and from us may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and dispute-resolution purposes. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to a call before it may be recorded. By proceeding with a call to our office after being notified that the call may be recorded — including through this policy or a recorded greeting — you consent to that recording. If you do not consent, please let the representative know at the start of the call so we can proceed without recording.

Text messages. If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages under two separate categories, and you may consent to either or both independently:

• Transactional and service-related messages — including appointment reminders, job status updates, and customer support. Consenting to these does not mean you have consented to marketing messages.
• Marketing and promotional messages — including special offers, announcements, and service updates. This category is always a separate, optional opt-in and is never required in order to receive service from us.

By opting in to either category (for example, by checking the corresponding box on our website), you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages at that number under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of that category at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect transactional or service-related communications about work already scheduled with you.

Consent to receive calls or texts is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.

SMS Data Protection Statement. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it, including:

• Analytics (such as Google Analytics), to understand site traffic and improve our content.
• Advertising (such as Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Pixel), to measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads to past visitors.

• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to the same or a comparably protective privacy policy.

6. Insurance Claim Documentation

When you ask us to help document damage for an insurance claim, we collect photos, moisture readings, and other inspection data and may share that documentation with your insurance company at your request. Providing this documentation does not guarantee that your claim will be approved or paid at any particular amount — coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy. We are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or attorney, and nothing we provide should be treated as insurance, legal, or financial advice.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services to you, maintain business and insurance-related records, and comply with legal, accounting, and licensing requirements. Job and insurance-related records are generally retained for 7 years. Call recordings are retained for up to 2 years before being deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Privacy Choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

• Marketing communications: You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of promotional texts by replying STOP.
• Access and correction: You may contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal and business record-keeping obligations (for example, we may need to retain job and insurance-related records for a period after service).

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking restoration services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
